On the second day, the event will have the presence of Minister Manoj Sinha, State (Independent Charge) for Communications along with Aruna Sundararajan, Chairman, Telecom Commission and Secretary, Department of Telecom, and N Sivasailam, Special Secretary, Department of Telecom. The minister will also dedicate the latest telecom testing centre to the nation on this occasion.

The uniqueness of the event is to identify products from these companies which ITI can take up for manufacturing through Transfer of Technology (ToT). ITI intends to sign and exchange ToT with potential start-up and establish companies during the event. In pursuit of innovation and excellence, we need to bring together the best brains, provide them with the infrastructure, hand-hold them, believe in their ideas and guide them with experience that ITI has."
